I just loaded up and tried OpenWRT. Holy crap is that nice.
The Kismet package needs some tuning, the drone binaries are not as current as the ones in the tar ball in the guide. I'll have to re-work the ipkg for it with the new binaries, but it's nice not to have to re-upload it each time.
Also need to load the WL broadcom driver to get it to work, but that's easy enough.
