I live in Tempe. The areas that have been hot for me are in Mesa along university drive and just cruising up and down Hayden road. Old town Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, ASU campus is hot and Soutern Ave to just name a few. I have been thinking that if you head to CamleBack at night with a YAGI and a laptop that you should be able to hit quite a few AP's from up there as I have gotten allot of AP's around there when driving up Camel Back. I am currently working on the "Pringle" Yagi, just need to find the connectors and the pig tail. I will post what I find when I go to Camelback. I would also be interested in setting up a wireless Lan with point to point antennas with other stumblers to share info.
