I travel all over the USA for business and I want find some networks. The only utility I have is the Wireless Lan Configuration Utility that came with my linksys card. I know that my card is not support by NetStumbler so my question is will this utility work? I know that I have to set the SSID, it doesn't pick that up. I've tried scanning a bunch of places already using the default SSID of 101, but I haven't found anything yet. Am I wasting my time using the linksys utility? Is there another option? I'm running Win2k on my laptop so no linux utilities, please.
