You'll be pleased to know Cisco now sell the LMC352 as a single item. I've just ordered a couple from my local Cisco dealer for 112 pounds (plus VAT) each.

For pigtails RS do the MMCX connectors with 30cm of cable fitted for around 8 quid (plus VAT).
