So, PPC2003 is installed I installed the Orinoco Drivers, which took a few tries. The method is:
Insert card
Install Drivers
Wait for it to say successful
Take Ipaq off Dock
Eject Card
Insert Card

Voila

Installed Ministumbler, it works
Intalled Wififofum, it works

Installed Wifi Graph
works with the integrated wireless but not Orinoco

So far so good.
