I can't see or understand your card circuitry well enough to make an educated guess as to what needs to be done. From the looks of it I see a DS and what appears to be 3 (ext jack and 2 antennas) all sharing the same traces.
1) As for the caps see photo.
3) You can if you disconnect the on board antenna. Can't have both in circuit at same time or it will change the impedance of the circuit.
The DS info is from another manufacturer, I can't be certain yours is the same, but more than likely it is.
Cantenna + DWL-120 = unity gain?
Other thing I find puzzling about your card is why the manufacturer would put a $.30 connector on it and not at least a few of the $0.005 parts.
