Webspy is the only tool I know of that actually uses your browser to follow the movements of your target. These other tools can sniff the traffic, gather the URLs or pick put the pictures (etherwatch works for windows by the way) but not actually display the pages interactively. EffeTech HTTP Sniffer gathers the URLs and the display allows you to click and go to any of the URLs, but doesn't actually walk your browser through everything your target is doing.
