Where to send loans to GMAC for underwriting:

Please include in your package to GMAC:

• Underwriting Submission Cover Sheet – Dated 11/12/04 (Located in Forms Section in Manual)
• Underwriting Submission Checklist
• Your original credit file

Two ways to deliver loans to GMAC for underwriting:
1) Send your original file to GMAC underwriting to:

GMAC Bank, Wholesale Mortgage Lending
100 Witmer Road, Suite 200
Horsham, PA 19044

2) Fax your file to GMAC underwriting at 215-701-0648 and e-mail appraisal to uw_appraisals@gmacm.com (include Loan # in subject line).
 Use the Underwriting Submission Cover Sheet dated 11/12/04 – Located in Forms Section in Manual
 First & second mortgages must be faxed separately. Piggy back seconds include Underwriting Cover sheet with loan #, registration sheet & the 1003. You do not need to re-send the credit file or the appraisal.
 Keep original credit package for 120 days after loan closes.
