Yup. Seen 'em. They were making the rounds in our distribution department a while back. The sub burning is an arc between bus bars that works its way back to the transformer, burns and heats stuff up for a few seconds, then finally burns its way into the casing. (You can see the oil squirting out when the arc finally gets inside.) Then it goes up in flames. The 230/115kv feed (not sure which,) finally trips out from the remote end just after the fireball starts.
