Firstly, your example is in 1/1000, not 1/100.

Secondly, NetStumbler smallest scanning interval (according to 0.4.0's help file: User Interface, Configuration Dialog, General tab, Scan interval table) is 1/4 second. So one digit after the decimal point would be meaningful, but more than one digit would be misleading (it'd give a false sense of accuracy).

Third, NetStumbler seems to use the common Windows API for displaying times - going into the Control Panel's "Regional and Language Options" setting and changing the time results in a change in the NetStumbler display. If you can find a way to get tenths or hundredths or thousandths of seconds through this applet, NetStumbler will probably change to match.

Not a bad suggestion, but it seems unlikely.
