Normally NS will continuously (once per second or two) record gps data for any Active AP. In some cases I've seen the secondary gps data grow in size to over 400,000 coordinates.

I'm only aware of a couple of different ways to remove the secondary gps data (AP data set) from a ns1 file.
1) Using NS to export your ns1 file to a summary file and then import the summary back into NS.
2) Use beakmyn's ns1 recovery tool to remove the AP data set.

There maybe others I'm not aware of.
