I'm not sure if the OP is employed by 3way ( www.3way.no) or has been contracted by that company to set up the WiFi network at the campingsite, but I'm guessing on the first, based on the image hosting domain info).
But it sure seems like someone took in a job way over their head, and are hoping for a freebie repair.

I'm thinking repeater/ap modes are coming into play here.
