OK, I was thinking hops and repeater modes. RFI is another possible problem, as are the channels. Not to mention the logging may be an issue, depending on the configuration.

Assuming the diagram is accurate, I'd want a full day just to check it out. Fixing it would be another 1-3 days depending on the physical setup. The whole thing looks screwy as hell.
