So did you miss the hint in post #4 about checking with Cisco ? Something any tech supporter worth his pay check would have done as the first item.
Secondly, while that might have taken care of the problematic AP, it still hasn't changed the fact that the wireless network setup and charged for by your company, is suboptimal configured at best. I hope for your customers sake, that there won't be any kind of heavy traffic load, because then you'll see how below par the current setup is.
But okay, your customer, your company, and this thread clearly shows how inept your company is in WiFi matters at this point in time. I just hope your prospective future customers has the common sense of googling 3way.no before deciding on taking you on.
