You're right, the KMLs you produced don't display on my machine.
Looks like your problem is caused by using a comma as a decimal point in the KML's Lat/Long data.
When I converted your NS1 file the KML's had periods as decimal points.
I noticed the KMLs you produced used commas.
<longitude>14.2479</longitude> converted by my machine
<longitude>14,2479</longitude> converted on your machine
I would suggest you check your OS's regional settings for numeric formating.
You might also check if GE has an option to use a different numeric format.
