Looks like your problem is caused by using a comma as a decimal point in the KML's Lat/Long data.

When I converted your NS1 file the KML's had periods as decimal points.
I noticed the KMLs you produced used commas.

<longitude>14.2479</longitude> converted by my machine

<longitude>14,2479</longitude> converted on your machine

I would suggest you check your OS's regional settings for numeric formating.
You might also check if GE has an option to use a different numeric format.
Alchemyx is from Poland. And you hit it right on the head of the nail. It's the regional settings in his OS that causes the problem. If he changes the regional setting to English before running the conversion, it will produce a KML that GE understands.
