Yes! You are right. After changing locale to English it worked fine. It gives really
amazing results. Maybe you could think in your spare time some workaround
for that problem, because changing locale is quite anoying (you need to
reboot windows
).

PS. If there is a possibility to make dbf support optional (which requires BDE
probably), then I could try running that software under Linux with WINE
