add to the list of stuff that does not work with ministumbler: HP iPAQ rx1955

I am running Windows Mobile 5, and according to vxUtil, this device has a "TIACXWLN1 - HP iPAQ Wi-Fi Wireless Adapter" (seems quite useless to me, but i didnt want my head chopped off and thrown at the faq).

somebody should tell this to ministumbler.

i am making due with wififofum for the time being; i am unfortunately not yet wealthy enough to send the dev a device identical to mine. :/
