The odds on the FCC catching you is slim unless you live in a fairly populated area but the consequences of getting caught are such that you will have wished that you did not mess witht the router RF power output if they do. Personally I would try it with just the yagis first. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Next time when you decide to post to a thread that contains several pages of posts, READ the thread to the end, since chances are that all issues has been resolved.
