Trust me, WinME was by no means my first choice. Now granted I've not had any problems with it as of now (knocks on the wooden desk) but with a Cyrix 200MHz processor, 80MB RAM and only a 2GB hard drive I would be hard pressed to try and run W2K or XP along with NS and MapPoint all at once. I'm considering a deal from someone at work for an Acer TravelMate Celeron/700MHz notebook with 64MB (would upgrade) and a 10GB drive & W2K, still not state of the art, but at least it would be alot faster and have a ton more drive space.

Any feedback on Acer units? Years ago when I had to support their products their Tech Support was the pits, not sure if it has changed.
