As render said, good old dd does the job, but if you want something with a gui like Ghost, look no further than partimage ( http://www.partimage.org/Main_Page ), which often is included in linux distros out of the box.

Copy the drive from my laptop to the new box so everything you did to it would be on the other. The problem is, they are different sized drives.
