The card you have is a rebranded Lucent/Agere/Proxim ORiNOCO Classic Gold card.
In order for you to use WPA with it, you need Agere's last drivers (might be that the Enterasys drivers you are using is the same version) and not use the card supplied CM, but use Windows Zero Configuration as the CM. This rules out WPA with windows based machines pre XP SP2, unless you invest in a thirdparty applicant.
Furthermore you need to be sure your WPA capable accesspoint is setup to use TKIP with WPA and not AES/CCMP (aka WPA2).
