I do plan on dual booting XP/FC6 or Ubuntu and running netstumbler in the windows side. I appreciate the input about the card and the power requirements. I tried an older laptop at work, but it didn't seem to detect the card at all. I opened up my work Dell D620 only to find a newer wireless card slot, so I was unable to do a swap to test.
