That is your choice, but the fact that you believe there is a riddle here, and have still apparently not read the FAQs indicates that, most likely, your becoming a regular wouldn't be a comfortable fit either way.
There is no riddle. As state in the FAQs, the author releases new versions when he is willing to do so.

Unfortunately, Australians have not been well represented on these forums in the past. So much so that many IP blocks from Australia have had to be blocked. Not reading the FAQs, not searching, interrupting threads with non-sequester questions, asking questions that are already answered in the FAQs, and poor English spelling and grammar, are all things have all been associated with Australians in the past. What is doubly unfortunate, is that so far, you seem to be following in your countrymen's footsteps. We hope that you will correct these issues.
