So, I've been unable to get this to compile in Slax and I'm sure someone else can try and let me know their success.

Scanning the 'waves with your TV card

I do have my card running in Win2000 and there's a winamp plugin (Winamp TV | News) that appears to allow arbitrary frequency scanning. Still seeing if it works.
