Not with that card. However
Commview for wifi has a list of cards that are supported with it's driver that will put the card into monitor mode. The only choice is a Airpcap compatible card which will cost you money also. They both cost upwards of $500 however commview does have a demo mode so you can try it out before you buy it.
My suggestion is to go to linux with a compatible card and you'll be in monitor mode for free.
BTW, promiscuous mode is typically associated with wired card. For wireless cards it's usually called monitor mode.
I use the Airlink AWN108 which has the Atheros chipset and works well with Commview.
