What is "NT"? Do you mean "NS"? NS = NetStumbler.

The Ralink chipset is NOT supported. NS may work under limited circumstances with that chipset, but it will never properly report Signal, Noise, or Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), so it will not be useful for testing a bi-quad antenna.

To see Signal, Noise and SNR information, you will need to get a ORiNOCO Classic card.
