Good Prices on Generic Bluetooth 1.1 Equip...
Great post jeffrowe! I was looking for one of these today..

The only other low cost bluetooth usb adaptor that I have found is the d-link one from the Apple store. I'm not sure if that one has any kind of driver/support for windows. The BlueZ linux driver webpage lists the d-link as 'untested.' Since I have a mac, I've ordered the d-link, but I need one for my xp box too.

The adaptor that compgeeks is selling is a Tecom. This is supported by linux and windows. At $40, I think that's the lowest I've seen on a usb bluetooth adaptor so far. I think I'll pick one up

Idealy, I would like a mitsumi usb adaptor - it has a small form factor (same as the d-link) and a windows driver, however I can not find a single US store that sells them. The nearest place to order them is from the UK or Germany.. and shipping costs kill the deal.
