I've been using the dual PC Card sleeve for a while and it is bulky. The thickness of the back is 1.5X the thickness of a PC Card thicker than the PC Card Expansion Pack Plus (quick comparison), which I just recieved today. I really can't see using the dual pack on a regular basis, because of the thickness, unless you're going to be doing something that explicitly requires two slots. The + version also has a user-replacable battery, which can be switched for an extended run time battery.

Plus, the PC Card Expansion Pack Plus looks sexier! Isn't that why you bought an iPaq in the first place?
