RAMBO, it's bugging me now because I really like this router but need a better signal.
It's fine for the house, all rooms on 2 floors, but I need it to transmit to my neighbours so they can share my DSL link (for a share in the cost to run it
I don't know all the details of radio waves, I've read about loads of home brew designs..... but I was amazed when I stuck a curved dish behind one of the dipoles and got a significant boost in signal to my card through a brick wall.
Wonder if a cantenna type setup sitting over the dipoles would do anything ... stupid as it sounds.
Worse case senario is buy an extra AP only and stick it in the loft with antenna. (Kit here in the UK isn't cheap!)
