I have a few questions about Wireless Bridges.

I have 2 DLink 1500 Wireless access points / bridges.

They work great as access points etc

When I set them up as a Point-to-Point bridge they work fine as well.

My first question is do I need WEP on a bridge connection or does the fact that they will (should) only talk to each other (no other MAC address) mean they are secure?

My second question is is there any way to monitor the quality or signal strength of the bridge connection?
