No Delorme GPS unti works in Netstumbler yet as best as I have been able to tell.

However, the Garmin E-Trek (or was it E-Trekx I forget now) worked great for me in Netstumbler 0.3.22 and it can be found online for as litte as $110. Personally I would never recommend using any Delorme GPS unit as their GPS units do not store satellite last seen ephermis data on shutdown. This makes the Delorme units take longer to initialize and get situated, and when the GPS is trying to figure out where it is located is one of the highest power using modes of the unit, so your battery life is not very good.
