I've successfully gotten the following setup to work with NS:

WinXP Pro SP1
Dell Latitude HGT500 - 640MB RAM
Asante 1211-DP wlan card (Prism 2.5 chipset)
Intersil reference drivers - they're newer/more stable that OEM

This card is pretty cool since it has 2 MMCX ports which can be used to connect external antennae. It's a good thing too because the snap on antenna that comes with it has really dismal range on its own....
