A picture of a iPaq with both the GPS and Orinoco cards in the dual PCMCIA sleeve would be great.


I've been using a a CF storage card for most of my data, including saving off ministumbler log files.

As you mention, put in a GPS card (PCMCIA or CF) and you lose the option of this extra storage, and are stuck with the built-in 64Mb of RAM for everything.

So what you are suggesting is basically the concept of a new even bigger iPAQ sleeve, providing dual PCMCIA plus an additional CF slot?

When you start thinking like that, it is time to just give in and buy a subnotebook!
