Downloaded the most recent version of the flash, ACU, and NDIS from the Cisco site.
Flash: V5.02.19
ACU: 6.00.023
NDIS: 8.3.10

I followed previous replies on how to make this work. The key is to change the profile selection to "Use another program to configure my wireless settings". This releases hold of the wireless card so that netstumbler can access and change the settings on the card.
