This has / is already being talked about.....
The idead is to setup HSN's (Hidden Storage Nodes) around
the city and use them for Secure, Anonymous backup, MP3
trading, etc. As the **AA, can't do S*hit about them...
It would in a sence create a new MP3 swapping network. Imagine
a city like Newyork,Miami,San Francisco, with 100' or 1000's of
these nodes around...
