Thanks Thorn. I found a couple and get the general idea. A local WISP has one setup so it makes some sense. The only problem is that the portal would need to go at the major ISP's data center and that may not happen. It'd be easier to just have the WIFI on all the time and just have a set fee, but the rental agency won't go for it (I don't think).
