Mayve, I was reading in my ever helpful lonely planet about tech. and stuff there. The contrast is amazing, in the cities everyone has a mobile and WAP is a massive thing, but in the county, many people don't have phones at all, and those that do need to be connected by an operator. Madness.
Oh well, I'll check it out...
