I would be very thankful if someone would do this.

My hosting company has a link for me that creates the cron job. I think I just need to upload the script to my site and then tell this http page when to run the script and where the script is.

As for the scp vs ssh, I'll have to check to see if my host has scp installed. Yep! I SSHed in and ran scp and got the usage info for scp.

BTW, the prompt (user interface/shell/whatever its called) is bash-2.05 if that makes any difference.
