One more thing..
The instructions here really shouldn't be distribution specific. Anyone with this adapter should be able to follow these instructions on pretty much any distro ( as long as you either have your usb modules loaded or built-in and working ), then it should work. I will give it a try soon with Ded Rat 9 soon and see if it works. These usb adapters can be found on Ebay pretty cheap too.
