I believe this is the same AMIT unit used by dlink. The radio card will have 2 small connectors, one in the middle, and one slightly off center (when looking at the back of the card) The one you want to connect to is in the middle (primary antenna jack). A pigtail that will work is 100M-NMMMX-12 from www.antennasystems.com It is a MMCX to N male pigtail. I use the same one for my dlink 713p access point.

Otaku42, I may have some pictures of a Comtelco 7.5 dbi round patch antenna if you are willing to post them. Unlike the range extender, this one is easy to build. I could also provide detailed measurements.
