Radio Controlled Model
Ok,
This thought just came to me, some older folks may be able to shoot this down rather quickly.
Back a few years ago, I used to race Radio Controlled cars, boats, and planes. It is apparent that these models might allow a motivated individual to take a small ministumbler setup into a location where he/she might not otherwise be "priviledged".
Radio controlled cars may be able to get onto the grounds of a guarded, or "watched" parking lot to get closer to the access point.
For the talented individual, a radio controlled plane or glider could get close to a building from an elevated position, where camera's or other devices do not normally watch.
These types of techniques probably should not be attempted during business hours and also require the operator to be somewhat nearby.
From what I know, radio controlled plane's can reach up to a half mile or further.
As far as I know, private businesses have no "airspace" regulations, as long as you are not on the "grounds" is it still tresspassing? Most importantly, where one hobby begins and the other ends is a judgement call for the operator. *intent*
"no, i didn't see this on saturday morning cartoons last week, did you?"
