I've got a DELL Inspirion laptop running WinME and a Linksys wireless card from last summer.

I know I need Windows 2000, and I plan on upgrading the laptop ASAP.

my question is, how does the Linksys card compete against the Orinoco cards? any issues I need to look in to?

I'm fairly new to the wireless world and I'm fascinated by snooping out networks, any help would be appreciated.
