The new 2002 models of GM cars have their AM, FM, Cellular, PCS, on-star, and XM antennas built-in to the roof. This is done through spraying several layers of plastic and metallic paint onto the roof before the car paint is applied.

However, this is not something you can easily duplicate at home.
