The D-Link DWL-650 is easy as hell to mod for an external antenna. I did this mod:

I changed it a bit tho. I used RG-174/U going to an SMA clamp connecter (Digikey J474-ND). Initially I used a crimp connector, but it kept coming undone.

If you want a prism card with an antenna connection from the factory, the only option you have that I know of is a ZoomAir 4105, which is a PCI/PCMCIA bridge, and a regular ZoomAir 4100 with an external antenna connection. The normal 4100 doesn't accept an external antenna AFAIK.
