I looked into this a while ago myself.

Thorn is quite right that the tolerences are very tight requiring some precise (read: expensive) pcb work. so unless you have access to this equipment on a regular basis at work or school, it's going to cost you alot more than a pre-fab AMP. At the very least you'll know that it si going to work.

Given your location and shipping costs, it might be cheaper to build one. Price it out and weight the costs.

The other option is to keep an eye open on ebay and around here for stuff for sale. You can get some pretty decent deals around here.
