PCB yagi's would be possible to make, however the substrate material will probably be lossy up at 2.45Ghz unless you use one of the expensive microwave suitable boards. However, it would be possible to mill out a yagi from a single sheet of aluminium for example. Indeed FRARS have one on the drawing board that's in production now.
