YES! I finally got to go warflying with Slick Rick, of
previous warflying fame. He and the pilot, Maurice, picked me up in high style at the Santa Monica Airport, where we went on a nice 30 minute excursion to downtown and back. The GPS went out towards the end for some reason, so out of the 1900+ AP's that were logged, only 1777 had GPS info, and 1400 something were new to WiGLE. This comes out to around 3800 AP's/hour, which beats the hell out of my standard wardriving count of around 1700 AP's/hour. The plane was a Cessna 172 I believe, very cool, though quite loud. I have never previously had issues with motion sickness, and it may have been the tacos I ate right before hand, but I found a barf bag in the nick of time and unleased my stomach contents into it... good times
