dont know exactly where to put this, so ill put it here.
It seems the RTL8180L chip is working better with NS 0.4 (it had random crashes etc.) i havent done a wardrive with it yet, but it sure gives a lot of more info about my router. NS used to crash when i had "hide ssid beacon frame" broadcasting on, but its okay now. It also displays my router's vendor which i didnt know cos its rebranded.
only one minor thing the SSID name has L9D appended to it. so it shows:
"MyRoutersSSIDnameL9D" for instance. I dont know if this is a router thing or the card, so i will let you know tomorrow, when i take a little warPublicTransportationTrip (
) to school. to see if it does it with all AP's it finds.

ok, i took my laptop to school today. It didnt crash anymore, and the "L9D" thing seems to be only with my router.. so imo i thinks its working fine
