Has anyone gotten this combination to work?

It doesn't for me. I had to d/l, compile and install a new libpcap and make my own shared objects just to get kismet to run. My cisco pc card works but I get a "tainted kernel" error messge when the airo_cs module loads. This is the module that comes with the install and not one I got elsewere. It may work as a NIC but not for kismet.

I joined the kismet mailing list hoping to read other people's simular issues but no one has yet to post simular issues. I may be forced to venture a question. I just hope not to get RTFM'ed or STFW'ed
